Got some EWCM today - so hopefully that means that my cycle is getting back on track.

Going to take a break this month as suggested by GP. I know that this is mainly a dating thing (so that if you do fall pregnant, the doctor can date the age of the baby more easily) rather than a health thing. A lot of doctors now argue that you don't need to wait two/three months before trying again, unless, of course, you need more time emotionally.

I am going to wait till AF comes - at least that means I can drink mulled wine over Christmas period - and eat lots of peanuts, pate, bree etc etc - get it out of my system until I start ttc again!
