Ewcm day before period?

Hi guys,

Anyone know if this is common? Af due tomorrow but not feeling usual symptoms (bloating, cramping etc) and have had a lot of ewcm. Bit confused as usually only get it around ovulation.

I notice I sometimes get this just before AF too. Not sure why. I guess it's one of those things.

There can be EWCM in the middle or at the end of the luteal phase due to a common reaction of your body to a higher levels of estrogens before your period. Estrogens cause temperature drop and mucus secretion.
