Exercise to lose tummy in time for wedding!

Hi ladies

I had my second baby 12 weeks ago via c section and im getting married in two months! I need some c section friendly exercise to lose some of my tummy as my wedding dress is tight fitting on my waist and looks stupid! Thanks in advance
 
Congrats on your baby! :)

"Abs are made in the kitchen", so you want to focus on building a calorie deficiency to drop some pounds. You can do that by eating less, exercising more, or a combo of both. I've found that tracking my calories and then trying to move a little more has made my stomach flatten out. Walking is a great, gentle exercise if you don't mind getting out and about with a new baby. Otherwise there's some "walk at home" workouts you can find online. You might want to check with your doctor to see what exercises they recommend starting with so you don't injure yourself. Otherwise here are some post C-section workouts on YouTube:
