exercise? what do you do?

:flower: basically im doing rosemary conaley (sp?) hip and thight exercies along with my ww diet.. im just wondering if any of you ladies had any tips that might help me lose inches quicker? :flower:

ive got most of my weight on my hips tummy and chest :blush: any tips for losing weight off these quickly?
 
Tips for losing quickly : nope!

Taken me 6 long hard months of exercise my belly hips gone down by half the size.
 
walking walking walking!! I powered walked off my 2 1/2 stone along with a sensible diet

a great fat burner but there are no quick fixes unfortunately!

I only go on the powerplate, lazy womans version of exercise :lol:
 
Due to the high weight I prefer only the treadmill for the walk. It helps to absorb the fat and reduce the weight. I can't do the heavy weight exercise because it is not comfort to me.
 
High intensity dancing (The sort where you jump up and down a lot), swimming laps, weight lifting, strength training (Exercises that use body weight like push-ups, crunches planks ect.) and I just started running this week. Up to 3 miles but my time is TERRIBLE.
 
spinning, body combat, body pump at the gym

power walking and defo agree with the jumping around dancing :)
