I think I've posted this before but I have a question about exercise.....
What cardio exercises are safe for TTC? I'm not looking to run a marathon or body build... Just lose a few pounds and be overall healthy...my biggest fear is over doing it while in my fertile period and screwing up ovulation or over doing it in the TWW and having a MC...any suggestions or ideas?
 
Unless you work out enough to stop ovulation (which rarely happens) then nothing will affect the outcome. When I was pregnant I was running, jumping, walking and trust me that baby is well protected😉
 
The rule of thumb I've heard is anything you did before is safe to continue while ttc. You don't want to start a hard core workout routine but moderate exercise won't hurt anything.

A lot of athletes don't ovulate because of the intensity of their workout routines. That being said unless you plan on spending 4-5 hours a day at the gym, you'll be fine. My doctor told me that as long as you've been doing it for a few months, continuing exercise while pregnant will not cause issues.
