Expecting baby #2

So after having my copper coil taken out in March I tested positive today whilst at work! I had been using opks and tracking bbt and I ovulated on June 11th! This month I had also used a little preseed!
I’m absolutely over the moon to be having a little brother or sister for my 4 year old boy, but nervous at the same time as I’m just finishing the second year of my nursing degree. However, everything always works out for the best Xxxx
