Just ordered one as our toddler (nearly 3) has decided 6 am is time to get up and bang about and shout and I'm knackered as still doing night feeds with bubba. Also bubba gets awoken before she's ready too as Eva refuses to play in her room!
Hoping a gro clock and some rewards will help!
Any experiences with them good or bad???

Not sure but tonight is our first night with one! Well we did it last night but I set it wrong :dohh:

Already dd has gotten up a few times because she is so used to sleeping in the pitch dark and I dont think she likes the light (neither would I!)

Hoping she will stay in her bed until 6.15am as recently she has started getting up anywbere between4.30/5.30!

Will check back tomorrow to see how u got on ;-)

We will be starting to use ours in about two weeks after we move house and get settled. FX!

We've had one in F's room since before he really understood it and it works marvellously! He sometimes wakes up before it (although usually only a half an hour or so before) and he knows to try to go back to sleep until the green light comes on. If he's tired, he'll fall back to sleep and sometimes sleep past the light coming on, or he'll just lay quietly and play with his teddy until he sees the light and then he says "the green light is on mommy. It's time to get up!" It's awesome!

That's not to say we don't have the odd glitch. The other morning before the green light had gone on F was singing at the top of his lungs!:dohh: Thankfully it wasn't too early!:haha:

Best thing I ever bought. She was a terrible sleeper till we started using the gro clock.

Last nigt was our first night and had gte groclock set to go on at 6.15am. I have no idea if it worked but Paige didnt come into our room until 6.33am and then slept until 8.15 in our bed! She didnt mention the clock though, so I may need to set it a bit later to see if it helps =)

We use the clock. We had 5am wake ups EVERY morning from birth. Enough was enough when I was back at work so tried the clock. We now get her staying in her roo until 7am on work days and 8am at weekends!

Well it worked a treat! (just hope last night wasn't a fluke!)
Eva woke at 7.20am rather than 6am! She woke up saying "mummy, daddy it's morning time" pointing at the sun on her clock!
We did still it into her all day yesterday and last night so glad it worked!

I'm having a DOH!!! moment. Abby is great with the clock. Why the hell didn't I think of setting it later at the weekends. Genius!!

LO loves her Groclock and it's amazing how she will just go back to sleep until the 'sun comes up'.

We started off setting it for around the time she was waking, 6am, then we started setting it later and later when she got used to it. Now she wakes up between 7-8am :D

LO always slept in a pitch black room, the low blue light when the star is up is so dull it doesn't bother her at all, i've been in her room with the blue light on and it's still too dark to see where i'm walking so it shouldn't be too bright for LO to sleep
