extremely light periods

Hey!!!
I was wondering if anyone else had really light af and if it's something I should be worried about. I been off bc pills for 5 cycles and af lighter now then it was while I was on bc. It comes every 25 days and last 4-5 days and I only use a tampon one day and the rest of the time I wear a panty liner.

Is this normal???

My periods were lighter after I came off the pills. And even lighter after pregnancy and birth! Very similar to yours but longer cycle times.

I went off the pill in August, I had a heavy period last month only (not too heavy but heavier than usual), this time it's too light, I spotted on Wednesday, had very light bleeding on friday, then spotted for 2 days only. But it's regular & on time every 28-29 days.
