Fallen over :-(

I may be being over paranoid, but I'm 32 + 5 weeks today and this morning I had a nasty fall on my way to the shops. I'm pretty sure I managed to protect my bump, but this is baby number 2 and I'm O Rhesus negative, most likely with an O positive baby. Im just a littlw worried about the babies blodd being attacked by antibodies. Should I bother my midwife?

I say, call your midwife. It's not bothering, it's what she does for a living. After a bad fall, I'd go in anyway, just to get yourself looked at, and the Rh factor is another issue.
