False positives????

Hia ladies, I'm in my second cycle since my miscarriage and yesterday had 2 positives and today one positive hpt, - They came up right away and are very clear. I'm Very nauseous! Can I believe that these are true positives? Or residual from the miscarriage. Last month I had one positive then negatives, and I had a negative 4/5 days ago. Please help, I wish I could wait it out, but I work in a busy care home and do alot of lifting, obv I would need to tell them today! Before my shift tomorrow, thanks so much in advance xx

If uve had negatives before the positives I would say its a new pregnancy. Go to your gp they might do blood tests a few days apart
