Its 6wks today since my section with dd and although i lost all my baby weight by 3wks i still have a flabby, wobbly belly. I hate it! I know i cant do too much intense exercise but want to try and loose this belly! Any advice? I dont eat too bad a diet and try to keep active, in fact im never still!! I had loads of weight to loose with ds and it took me longer but i feel really unhappy with myself this time round.
Any advice would be great thanks :)

My baby will be 3 weeks old on Monday, and like you, although I have lost all the weight I gained, my belly is still flabby and swollen at the bottom, like right above my scar. It's almost like a little pooch. :( I know I should be thankful to have lost it all so soon, it being my 4th baby, and I am! But what to do about this lower flab?? It's still sore, too!! I've never had this with any of my other c-sections...I wonder if it was because my son was a pretty good size? He was 8.9 lbs...maybe he really stretched my tummy this time?

Mine is the same too, mainly by the scar and hangs over a bit. I have found the whole healing process longer and harder this time, dd was 9lb 8oz!! thats 10oz bigger than ds so like you said myabe everything got super stretched this time?! Just hope it continues to go down and im not left with this flabby belly :( x

3 yrs later.. and i still have a bit of a flabby belly :( I'm sure it's because my son was over 9lbs too. I haven't really done much about it.. I mean I could of went to the gym or something.Just no time!!! I'm glad my weight went back to pp weight by 5 wks after. My dh isn't bothered by it, it's just my own insecurities. After this pg, i'm gonna start with a treadmill at home. It'll make me feel better about myself and give me something to do over the winter. Even if i never lose it totally, it's something i gotta get over.

My LO is four-months and I still have a flabby belly. I BF and have lost about 3 kilos over five months. Admittedly I don't exercise, but have visited a nutritionist who made out a schedule for me, 2400 calories believe it or not, and it has kick-started my metabolism. The thing is, it's about 36 degrees (95 Fahrenheit?) and so I have water retention and the scale will not cooperate for the past couple of weeks.:dohh:

No advice but I am in the same boat  DS2 was 8lb 14oz and I have a horrible overhang. Its depressing. I don't remember it being this bad with DS1.
