As can see very different in size.
When you eat to few calories, your own body will in return, turn to its muscle mass, leaving behind all that fat!
You may lose weight very quickly at first, but at end of it, you'll still inside be just as 'fat' because you've not got rid or lowered your body fat percentage.
My point being, eat right, dont crash diet by cutting calories, bulit up your lean muscle mass and destroy your body FAT!!
In return, you'll be looking fantastic but losing LESS pounds/kgs!!
