My LO has moved to having 4oz every 3/4 hours to a completely random pattern where theres times hes not having much at all. For example

4.30pm yesterday - 5oz
10pm - 5oz
2am - 1oz then fell asleep
7am - 1oz then fell asleep again
12.30pm - 5oz
and hes asleep now

Is he getting enough? Its the first night hes only had 1oz he usually has a few more

How old is your LO?
The total oz isn't that far off what he would have had on 4oz every 4 hours, so could just be that he didn't need as much that day.
You could try offering a feed every 3.5 - 4 hours to make sure he's having enough, and encourage more of a routine.
As always, if you really get worried, mention it to your doc or HV:flower:

he's 2 weeks old. We did have a routine of 3oz every 4 hours but the mw said increase it to 4 to 5 ozs and since then the routine has gone and he's sleeping longer between feeds during the day. Plus we had conflicting advice from 2 mws, 1 said wake him every 3 hours but when we do hes not interested in the bottle and goes back to sleep and the other said let him sleep and give him bigger feeds which seemed to work until last night when he only had 2oz through the night. He's just had over 4oz at 11pm and 4oz at 7pm.
