Hey All!!
I Asked Last Week About Cutting Down Kaidens Milk...Which Is Now Fine As Hes Gradually Taking Less Himself And More Food...But As Hes Having Less Milk Im Tryin To Giv Him More Wee Snacks Through The Day So That Hes Not Hungry...Any Suggestions? So Far Hes Having Fruit, and Rice Cakes?

And...While Im Here...His Feeding Routine Is

7am Awake And Has A Play
8am - Jar Of Porridge + 8oz Bottle (starting to only finish 5oz though)
2pm - Jar Of Lunch + 8oz Bottle (starting to only take btween 3 + 5oz)
8pm - Jar Of Dinner + 8oz Bottle ( Sometimes finishes)

Then Thats Him Till Next Morning...Do You Think I Should Try And Change His Feeding Routine To 8-12-7 So I Can Get Him Bathed And Bed Earlier?

Soz All The Questions Lol Jus Worried Hes Not Gettin Enough!! xx

There is about 2 weeks between your boy and mine for snacks I give Dec, finger size ham sandwiches, rice cakes, bananas, oranges, carrot sticks, celery, baby biscuits (you can get them from 7 months but Dec loves the 12 months ones) baby crisps, and now and again he would have something sweet like a milky way or milky bar.

Here is Decs routine if you want to compare.

7am breakfast weetabix or porridge & 5oz bottle

10am brunch stage3 cereal

1pm lunch chicken curry, cottage pie, soup ect and yoghurt &some juice

3pm snack one of the above or maybe a yoghurt & juice if he wants

4.30-5pm Dinner whatever I have prepared & jar of stage 3 dessert

6.15pm bath & play time

7pm Some cereal before bed & 5oz bottle

7.30-7.45pm story then bed.

All his cereal is made with 5-6ozs formula.

Hi hun, well done on your progress so far. My daughter was;
6am - wake and play
6:30am - Breastfeed + breakfast cereal
12pm - Breastfeed + Lunch
4pm - Breastfeed +Dinner
6pm - Bath
7pm Breastfeed and bed by 7:30pm.
I hope that helps, i think it's alot easier for the mummy and baby if baby is fed earlier because then you can go out for the afternoon together rather than waiting to feed mid afternoon. It is what ever suits you and bubs though. If you want to bring it forward start by making it 1hr ealier and go from there xx
