Max has gotten into the habbit of waking up at 5am to get some milk.. he used to sleep from 9pm till 7am but for the past 2 weeks hes been gettin up at 5am so i feed him a bottle and he goes back down till 9am ..

Should I be feeding him water insted at 5am ..will this help him stay asleep till 7am like he used too ?

I've been having this problem with Colton.. for about a month and a half now. I think it really started because he would wake and I would pat his back; but then a few nights I didn't look to see what time it was and just fed him.. so then he wanted a bottle after that. Except he normally wakes between 3:30-4:30am.
I gave him water once and he didn't wake the next night until almost 7. However, the night after that he woke again and I gave him milk :dohh:
I think I might start with the water again during the night. I just doing want to give him too much because he gets juice during the day and I dont want him to have diarhhea.
