hi :(

i don't know if this is a passing thing or not but I feel so down right now its unbelievable :( i feel like I have no proper friends as all my friends from school and college are away at University and we've grown apart, the only friends I have are people I know that play on the xbox alot and the only relationship I have with them is talking on the xbox :/

i feel like my life is basically over and I'm only 20 :( i don't know how i'm going to cope when my daughter is here in 10 weeks, I'm scared to stay in my house by myself so im still living with my parents but when shes born ill have to live in that house and I don't know how im going to cope. I've always been scared of living by myself :( all i want is someone decent that will treat me right, is that too much to ask :(

feel like I have no one to turn to or anything :'(

:hugs:Hi. My heart goes out to you. I can't offer you any advice really, as I am in a similar situation. However, the scary is only "scary" until you face it. :flower: Then, for some reason it just gets easier. You do become stronger and realize that you are worth NOTHING but a great other half that will treat you with the most loving respect. When you are ready of course. YOU have that control. :winkwink:

I still get bouts of anger and fear. But nothing like when I first started out. :hugs:

Its not easy but you need to take the steps to getting yourself back out there and ready to meet your daughter. I didnt really like being at home on my own but you get used to it, you get into a routine... Is there no pregnancy groups around where you are where you can meet new people? A local sure start centre? They do courses like parenting courses and cooking courses, maybe you could do that and meet new people that way.

Its easy to feel like your alone but you have to take steps to feel better. It might be scary but you gotta do it.
