Feeling movement

It can't be out of the question that id be feeling my baby flutter right? Bc after I eat I'm laying down or when I'm sleepy I'm telling you I can feel the baby. ..I'm only 12 weeks 13 on wed and online it says second time mom's won't feel until 16 weeks? I feel like tarts when I felt my first . I can tell the difference between had and a baby. So my question is does anyone else feel the baby at this stage? After I ate lunch at work I'm sitting here and I felt flutters. Not gas not bubbles. Flutters like a fish.

Yes you can feel flutters this early

I thought so bc I deffinetly feel the baby at night! And when I had the ultrasound she was doing it right in the same spot the baby moved!
