Feeling nauseous

Hello
As you know from my other thread I took a test and it was BFN but I took it early.
So I still feeling incredibly nauseous, in the morning its terrible and then seems to ease off in the afternoon and is replaced by heartburn then the nausea comes back in the evening. Could this be a symptom or do you think I have picked up a bug?
Please help I was told I couldn't get nausea if I was pregnant as its to early.
