feeling really sick & having hot flushes :(

Girls....I feel awful

I hardly had any morning sickness at the start of my pregnancy, just felt nauseous a lot of the time but today I've felt really sick tried the usual suggestions like ginger biscuits but it hasn't helped.

I'm also having hot flushes, but it just seems to be one continuous flush, like my face feels like it's on fire and my head is burning up. Can't get cool at all, got the fan on and windows open but it's not making a difference!

Anyone else having hot flushes? Not sure if it's anything worth calling the MW for or whether it's just another lovely pregnancy symptom xx

Hiya i was also wondering if it's normal with the hot flushes, i had this last night, it only lasted about 5 minutes but it was like all my face/head went really hot.. its happened a couple of times before. My mw appointment is next tuesday so i will ask her then x

At least it's not just me I've had one big flush for about half an hour now, seems to be calming down a bit though The things we have to go through hey! x

I've been getting them alot, I presumed it was the weather as OH has complained of being too hot aswel.

Try taking a nice cool shower

just tried that & it's helped a lot feeling a lot better! think it's just far too humid at the moment x
