I feel short of breath all the time and I hate it, it's kind of a feeling of being slowly suffocated. I do have low blood pressure but I work out loads to try to combat this and I eat healthy (have cut out sugar as it makes my heart race and feel sick). I salt my food to try to help with the low blood pressure. Is anyone else feeling like this?
I'm so far away from 3rd try and can't believe how winded and stuffed I feel.

No advice I'm afraid but I totally feel the same! I have low blood pressure too and sugar also makes me feel sick and like my heart is racing. I could have written this post myself! xx

I've been getting winded since about 14 weeks. Walking up steps, up hill, even with eating or brushing my teeth sometimes I have to slow down and catch my breath.

I get this too, I assume it is 'normal' and just a part of pregnancy because I've had it with each baby starting around this point:flower:

I'm only 15 weeks and feeling the same! I haven't mentioned it to my doctor yet, I will at my next appointment. I don't have low blood pressure though, so I don't know what could be causing it.

I started feeling like that pretty early on. I mention it at every single doctor visit but they never even make note of it. They just tell me it's normal and they'll monitor it in case it gets worse...idk how they do that if they're not even keeping track of my complaints.
My heart races and I get short of breath just...randomly.

Hi ladies, thank you all for your replies. Sorry to hear some of you are effected by this too, it's really uncomfortable.
My midwife did reassure me that it's completely normal today. I felt better after my workout today, it seems to help me feel calm and relaxed, my shortness of breath sort of freaks me out sometimes.
