Hello Ladies :hi:

I'm now 7wks along and for the past week or so I have been feeling so sickly and dizzy

I'm a student nurse and trying to concentrate on my studies is now really a struggle, not only do I find myself nodding off during lectures but when I try to read books it feels like I'm reading them whilst sitting in a moving car (if that makes sense).

So far I've tried arrowroot biscuits, ginger biscuits, ginger ale, travel motion wrist bands and nothing has worked!!!:hissy:

Does anyone have any other ideas on things I could try.

Thanks for your help x x

What worked for me one week didn't work the next. Have you tried drinking ginger tea that helped me when i was in work.

Do you think the queasyiness is caused by morning sickness or feeling dizzy? If you're getting dizzy and eating isn't helping it then it's probably best to see a doctor to make sure you're not lacking iron.

The sickness is difficult to stop because what works for one person can make someone else feel worse. I found sipping water and eating small amounts of plain food really helped, like crackers. Also just sucking a mint.

7 up and saltine crackers were my savior during my morning sickness.

Eat little and often and try to pack those smaller meals out with protein! x

thanks for all of your tips and advice, will give anything a go!!!! :sad2: x x

Dry cereal by your bed, try eating before you even get up
