Feeling unhopeful

Well, today I'm a week late for AF and I'm on CD40 with no sign of AF at all I don't reall know what to do now. All my IC tests have been negative but I know they work because my sister is pregnant and they were positive for her. I have a Clearblue digi that I thought I'd use tomorrow morning, but I really don't see the point in wasting it. What do you do think I should do now? Should I go to the doctors or just keep on waiting? DH and I are so fed up of waiting!
I only came off BCP two months ago, so I guess it could be just my body adjusting.. But I have also had some cracking symptoms this month also.
Any advice/comfort would be very appreciated!! x

Thanks hun! I think I will for next week if AF doesn't come by monday. Just feeling really Blah about it all now, not even excited she hasn't shown her ugly face! (thanks for your other post too, I'm so going to wish to the sky tonight!)
