Hi I am also on my first cycle of Femara and should be O late tonight or tomorrow morning.
Have been inpressed that the meds didn't give me any side effects and all looked great on my day 10 scan yesterday but hoping and praying that it works and gets me a BFP.
Do you know much about the success rates of Femara? Would love to have a little more info.
