DH and I have been trying for over a year to conceive and we have been seeing a fertility specialist. This month she put me on femera and I have finished the 5 day dose today (Day 15). They told me not to start the Femera until day 11 because my estrogen was to high. DH and I have not BD'd yet this cycle and two days ago I went and had bloodwork and an ultrasound showing I hadn't ovulated yet. I had some cramping earlier and didn't think anything of it and then (sorry TMI) I went to the bathroom and saw I had dark blood on my underwear and bright red blood when I wiped. Just a little worried since I've never spotted before. Dr did say I have late ovulation (day 15 or 16) in a short cycle (28days) and I only bleed for 2-3 days while im on my period. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
