Fertility coming back?

Is watery cervical mucus in the 4th trimester a sign of fertility returning or common for other reasons pp? I don’t remember seeing it after my first born and I had not gotten my period back until 17 months pp following a round of clomid to jumpstart it.
Currently i’m only 9 weeks pp following my second baby; still exclusively breastfeeding around the clock; and woke to watery cm (like wet panties amount).
