Yesterday FF told me I had 8 days to renew my membership & today it has booted me out! Grrrr. Now it wont even recognise my email so I've lost everything that was there - guess that's helped me make my mind up about whether to renew. But FFS

That's two yrs of membership at the higher rate.

Anyway, maybe easing off the constant monitoring & recording will be a good thing & I'll save a few quid. I might go back to a free ph ap for recording af.

That happened to me before. Send them an email and they will let you access everything. You can also ask for a discount and they will give it to you, especially because you've been on there so long. Good luck
