I had a positive opk on Sept 20 , they went negative on 22 however I didn't have fertile cm until today. Does that mean I ovulated the 20th or today maybe ?

You can have patches of EWCM during the 2WW but you can also have positive OPKs and not ovulate. Did you try another OPK today?

IT is possible your body tried to ovulate but didn't and is trying again now. DTD again if you can and good luck!
