Fertility Yoga

Has anybody tried this? I have just bought the Bend, Breath, & Conceive DVD and was wondering if anybody has had success with fertility yoga... I figure it can't hurt to try

Ooh, I'm interested in this. I looked on Amazon and can't see that DVD. Where did you get it?

I havent used a DVD but as a teacher in training there are several postures that are meant to open up the pelvic region to help conceive. Where is this CD from? And who is the Yogi teacher? I think it's worth a shot- I definitely do more pelvic and hip openers in my Yoga sessions.

I got it at bendbreathandconceive.com. The instructor is Anna Davis who has a Ph.D., RYT, and is a scientist and yoga instructor. I figure it couldnt hurt and at the very least it would keep me in shape I spent about $20.00 and the shipping and handling is free
