fever and pain when urinating.

hey fellow c section-ers! I had mine 3 weeks ago and yesterday I came down with a fever. should I be concerned? since it's in the air atm.
also, when I urinate, towards the end, it hurts on the inside, like where the catheter was placed. is this normal ?

Bladder infections are quite common after csections because of the catheter so I would get checked out to rule anything non-viral out.

I had the same 2 weeks after my c sec, sounds like a bladder infection. Best to go the doc and get some antibiotics asap!

if you weren't given antibiotics after your section then it could be a bladder infection.

However I've been having some pain as well but it's just because by bladder was traumatized a bit from the catheter. I was on antibiotics after my section so an infection is almost impossible. Either way you should get it checked out just in case
