Fibroid Tumor.. Anyone else?

Here's my story in a nutshell:
MC #1 in 2008
Pregnant with baby #1 in 2009
Went on Depo shot in 2011
Came off depo in 2013
MC #2 in Feb 2015
Abdominal pain (cramping, feels like stabbing) along with pain during intercourse in September 2015
Go to gyno in September. They say everything is normal and sent me away.
Kept having pain so I got a second opinion at a different gyno today (Oct 22, 2015).
Vaginal ultrasound shows multiple cysts on uterus and a fibroid tumor on the outside part of the uterus.
Nurse took 6 or 7 tubes of blood for testing to find out what's going on with my body.
Lab results will be back in two weeks.

Sorry for your losses.

I have 4 or 5 fibroids but all the doctors agree they shouldn't cause a problem with pregnancy or ttc. It depends on the location. I don't know if I notice pain from them because I don't know exactly where they are on me.

UPDATE!! Went back for results on Nov 5th.. Reason for my miscarriages is that I inherited both genes of MTHFR from parents.
I was supposed to start period on Nov 3rd but was late & started on Nov 8th.. I am still bleeding (Nov 23) with two days dry, back to back the 14th & 15th.
I went back to gyno today to figure out why I am still bleeding and she put me on baby aspirin to help thin out the clots, as I'm having lots, and she put me on clomiphene (generic for Clomid).
QUESTION!! I've read on several sites that taking Clomid with fibroids isn't the best idea unless Dr says it's okay... What do y'all think? Should I get a second opinion? Or try it out anyway and see if it helps? Dr said it would help to stop the bleeding and make me ovulate, too.
