So my husband is dieting and has been for about a year, he's lost the weight slowly, by changing his lifestyle. He started at 15stone and now he's 13. He's been down to 12st10lbs but then wedding, holiday etc He's calorie counting.
The biggest problem he has is that he LOVES big portions. He'll eat anything in big portions even vegetables. Only thing he doesn't like is mushrooms and courgettes (2 of my favourite foods lol) he loves spicy food too. Hotter the better!!!
Since wedding, holiday, many a househunting disappointment, the motivation has gone and he's really struggling to eat healthily so Im trying to help.
Can anyone suggest any low calorie (under 600) meals that are really filling? Looking for evening meals and snack ideas too
