(surname: de Billy) I wanted to give them French names that were both modern and pronounceable for my Anglo family! LOL!

Boy: Alexandre de Billy
Girl: Chloé de Billy

OH says it should be Chloée... any Francophone girls here know?

https://www.babynamespedia.com/meaning/Chloe shows the french version as being Chloé. I've only seen it spelled that way but both with or without the accent. Never seen a double 'e' version.

Like the names!

My niece is called Chloe with two dots over the 'o' and she is half French and has been brought up in France. My nephew is called Aurelien, I like that or a version of that for a girl more than a boy though. My friend Lisa has had her baby in France with a frenchman and she is called Oceane, which obviously means Ocean and is pronounced Ocee-anne.

definatly Chloé
the double ée is done on verbs and nouns/adjectives, but not in names,
maybe in ancient spelling from the 17th century :p

I personally J'adore French Names!
My Name Is Esmée So Its Tough If I Didn't!
Love The Choices Though, They Are Versatile Names!
xx
