finally...scared to death....

Hi all, I'm new to this forum but just got a BFP yesterday...I'm so excited yet scared. I had a chemical miscarriage in December, got pregnant right away again (without even knowing) and carried our baby until around 16 weeks...I'm now terrified and my doctor is aware that we started trying again...fell pregnant quickly. My doctor put me on a low dose of aspirin (81 mg) stating he feels this may help prevent miscarriages...I'm doing tons of research and seeing mixed feelings regarding this...any one have any advice? I don't know if I should continue taking this or just stop and pray all together...?

Firstly sorry for ur loss. Congrats on ur BFP, this is a scary time. I'm just trying to take it one day at a time.
I'm taking 75mg of aspirin - from the research I've seen it could help and doesn't appear to hurt, so I'm going to keep taking it as long as my GP tells me too. I'm also on progesterone, where the evidence is less clear, but again it doesn't hurt so I'm going to take it "just in case" it helps.
