Just wondering what yours was like? Mine has been quite light and (sorry - TMI) the bleeding I have had is a really dark reddish brown.

I was suprised at mine as well, susan. It was much worse last time. Dont get me wrong, i was very crampy (which im usually not) and i bled quite a bit cd2. But that seemed to be the worst of it. In all i had a 3 days full af (all bright red-as usual for me) and then it stopped ( i usually have 4 days full flow. i did however spot for the next 4 days- which also rather unusual... all in all i feel quite fortunate :)

Hiya I had a natural m/c end of dec and as yet i've yet i've not had my first AF. Prior to m/c I never used to get any AF /PMT symptoms - however for the last few weeks I seem to have had every one of them lol. For the last day or so I've had very minimal light pink spotting and mild cramps/aches & sore boobs so am thinking AF is on its way any time now, so when she shows, I'll post what it was like etc x

I know it's AF arrived but if it hadn't have arrived, I'd be adamant that I'm pregnant again I felt so bloated today and my stomach swelled up again which I don't usually get. Although my boobs are less sore now. It must be to do with my miscarriage. My period was so light today (day 3) so maybe it's coming to an end. My periods when I was on the pill lasted 5 days, but when I came off (I only had 2 before I got pregnant) they lasted 2 days and then 4 days. I just want to be back to normal again. I even tested again this evening (a definite BFN) because I know some people can have periods when they are pregnant. But I'm 99.9% sure I'm not and, to be honest, I think I'd be really upset if I was as I'm bleeding. The last thing I need is another miscarriage. Hopefully once AF has gone fully, I can get back to my normal self, i.e no sore boobs and no bloating.

get used to the unexpected after a mc, is my usual advice. the list of funny stuff is endless- but the good news is that it does usually even out after a while. I guess it takes the old body time to work it all out! :)
