First Chemical Pregnancy .. devestated

I took a test last night at 16dpo and got a positive then this morning woke up to bleeding and a negative test. My doctor told me it was a chemical.

I am a mess. I told my close family last night =(

So does that mean that I should consider this my period? And when will I ovulate? Can we try again this cycle???
Please help

It's technically a miscarriage not a period but I would still track it because you could ovulate after.
