Anyone take this and have nasty nausea and fatigue? My dr. prescribed 1000mg 2x a day. Ugh I feel horrible, my boobs are also really sore. DD is 17 months and loves to climb on me, but it hurts so bad when she puts all of her weight on them. I hope this will go away!!! Any advice?

I have been taking Metformin for 2 months. My doctor started me off at a low dose and I worked my way up 1 pill every week till I was taking 4 pills or 2000mg a day. I was very nauseous and had horrible fatigue. I also had bowel issues, where I would just have to go and it was pure diarehea. It got better towards the end of each week but then would start all over again when I added another pill the next week. It went away after time, but every now and again I still get nauseous, but it has gotten much better.

Just hang in there and it will get better.

That's what I have heard about upping it gradually. I hope I can just stick it out for the next few weeks. Is there any remedies for the sickness? That won't compromise ttc.
