First month off pill but???

This past six days I have been experiencing alot of cramps, like I am about to start Af aswell as that I have also been feeling sick the past three days, and have had alot of discharge. Never had this before.. Is this just because I have come of the pill or could it be something else?? Any advice greatfully appreciated many thanks in advance

Its not unusual since your hormones are all adjusting but if you are in a lot of pain you should probably talk to your doctor.

These could just be symptoms of your hormones adjusting.

You will probably feel better next month. I am on my 3rd cycle off the pill now and my body seems to be getting back to normal although my cycles have been longer than they were.

This is my first month off of the pill as well and I've experienced the same things as you, I think its just our bodies adjusting, hopefully they'll settle down pretty soon xx

This is my first month off the pill also. And i've had the cramping for a few weeks now. Still waiting for normal AF to arrive. It's normal
