First month - symptom spotting

So this month we have TTC3, 3 days until af is due but since Friday ive felt sick.. so odd. Pregnancy test negative even tried a First response.
other symptoms is various pains in pelvic area and tingy nipples which ive never had when pregnant before!
Whats the chances of getting a BFP when periods due or could it just be a bug/UTI etc?!
