First month TTC for first baby!

Congrats and welcome! I have been TTC for #1 for almost 2 years, so not a newbie. But I just wanted to say that if you have any questions about TTC, I am happy to help. I am also in my TWW at the moment but I only have 2 more days left before I stop taking progesterone and let AF come if I don't get a BFP by then.

Me and my husband had 3 full intercourse so far and when we finish, his seed starts dripping down my legs.... is this normal?? Should all of it be left inside? What can I do to prevent this as I want the maximum that I can get.

Your help will be really appreciated!

not sure if you ladies can help me but , hi so I'm new to the whole 'conceiving' thing and new to the site . I've been reading all the posts and need some advice . me and my fiancé have been trying since November last year but I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst in December which is still there now. my day of my last period was 4th April and my ovulation was 15th which has changed because my period has started 8 days early , so ovulation would of been the 7th. I started spotting last night and this morning there was light to dark red blood and I'm using a tampon and pad. I've got really bad cramps , nausea , tired and headaches. me and my partner had intercourse 6th , 8th , 10th and 17th . sorry to babble on just really need some advice as I'm confused because my doctors want to put me on the pill as we've sort of given up trying :/ . just really want to be pregnant . it's so distressful

This has happened to me before but only when I get up right after, since we are 'trying' this month I have been staying put and throwing my legs up on the headboard and laying there for about 15 minutes to keep it all in there and let it do it's job. I've read in multiple places to lay down on your back for up to 20 minutes after to keep it all up there.

What have the doctors said about your cyst? I wouldn't give up trying yet! Are you having pretty regular cycles or are they all out of whack?

Hey there! New to the threads, so I may not be much help with clinical questions, but ditto cpierce-what did the doc say about the cyst? Hope you get answers, they should have a discussion of your options-especially since you are ttc!

Have you tried getting in to see a RE yet? (reproductive endocrinologist) They specialize in fertility and wouldn't dare put you on BC. I find that OBGYNs will though, pretty much any chance they get :/

Hi everyone, I'm fairly new around these parts, so probably can't help out with many questions!

I'm 32 and my husband is 33 and we are on cycle no.2 TTC #1. It's all a bit uncharted territory for me. And this TWW is horrible! I start thinking every random symptom means I'm pregnant!

AF due on Friday, so let's see if this cycle was successful

I only just joined this site yesterday myself, I feel like I can't talk to my friends about this stuff because they are not at this stage of their life.

I'm currently 9dpo and also in TWW like @StarlightK. I wanted to ask a question as this is my first month TTC properly, my CP is high and soft and my CM (sorry, I know its TMI) but its creamy and wet. I don't know if this is right but my breasts are lumpy and very tender, they hurt a lot even when I just touch them and I've had cramps yesterday and minor cramps today.

Are these good signs?

I also have been diagnosed with multiple cysts, and my periods were very irregular, I don't even think I was ovulating either. My doctor put me on Metformin, which helps with getting your periods regular and also ovulating... if that still doesn't work then there's an option of taking a tablet called Clomid which got my aunty pregnant after being unsuccessful for 25 years... don't give up yet babe, just ask your doctor about those meds, I'm not a medical profession, but I'm going by off what I went through and my aunty.

Hello! I'm on CD 11, with approx 2 days until fertile window, but I'm waiting for a positive opk still. This is my first month so I'm keeping my hopes up but staying realistic that it might take a bit! Baby dust to everyone!

Hi everyone! This is our first month ttc #1 as well and I'm in the tww period. AF is due on the 8th. We've been together almost 5 years and we just got married on the 12th of April. I'm 27 and he's 32. I'm so excited to start trying and kind of scared at the same time. A good scared though I'm really hoping we'll have one of those rare cases where we actually get pregnant the first try lol. Fingers crossed for everyone
