First period after miscarriage??

I started bleeding with my miscarriage (using cytotec) jan 21. I bled heavy 13 days and then continued to have light bleeding & spotting another 5 days. I officially stopped bleeding on feb 8th. I had a light crampy feeling last night and this morning and now I'm bleeding. Would this be considered my period? It seems way too quick! Obviously no time for ovulation but with everything being so crazy that's not surprising. What do you think? I have no idea if I should count this as cd1 or not! Urgh! This is frustrating.

I read that it is not your period unless you have had at least20 days of no bleeding. It seems more likely that there was left over that needed to discharge.

Bless your heart! So frustrating.
Sounds to me like its just related to your hormones being out of wack and not really your period yet. I know it sucks waiting, but hopefully this is the end of it and you'll get your first period soon.

I'm sorry you're going through this, I had a similar scenario with bleeding after my mmc, it's very frustrating, I would see an ob if it continued for more than another week though
