first pregnancy...miscarriage?

This is my fourth week of pregnancy and i woke up i have been cramping for about two weeks and started spotting yesterday morning but then last night and today the bleeding has gotten much worse, only when i wipe (tmi right?) and there are big clots...i'm still having the symptoms of pregnancy but i'm also cramping and bleeding...this is my first pregnancy and i dont know what to do...my fiance is in the military so he's on base in another state....and i'm alone here...help?

that's the thing...my car doesn't run, and no one in my family thinks it's a big deal, the nearest hospital is 2 hours away and i dont have the insurance to go to a doctor...i'm still waiting on a pay check...

no, i live out in the middle of no where basically...my nearest neighbor is 8 miles or so away, and i dont know who they are...most of my family is in another state...is it an emergancy? should i call 911?

i bled quite abit when i was pregnant with nicole and she was fine, so it could be fine.

Can you ring the hospital & speak to someone there? they'll be able to advise you better i think hun.

There's still a chance everything is fine, which hopefully, it is.
I think you should see someone if at all possible. Is there a cheaper clinic in your area?

If your worried about your health and the health of your baby, and have no way to get to the Dr, At least call. But if you think you are having a Miscarriage, Yes... I would call 911.

Hi there, sorry to hear this and hope you at least call a hospital for advice.
I bled at the begiinning of this pregnancy, was given some progesterone and it stopped it and I am now half way through my pregnancy.
There is hope but don't wait!!!! Get to a hospital asap as a)there might be something they can do and b) if it IS a miscarriage you need proper medical attention.
