Lol, sorry you didn't get any replies, there are not many people in this part of the forum. I was very afraid and nervous as well. But my doctor was awesome, I just sat down and talked with him, he did a pap smear and blood work on me (first visit) and ordered an SA for DH. After I got my SA results he started me on monitored clomid cycles! He was very nice and understanding and now I don't know why I waited so long Good Luck!!!!

My DH was going to go to the Regular doctor for an SA. Do you think that will work?

I don't see why not! All he needs is a doctors order for one! It is almost always the first step in fertility testing, and by far the easiest!

they might ask to check your blood at day 21 to see if you are ovulating, they might start you on clomid or sign you up for a HSG to make sure your tubes are clear

That's what the Hsg is for, they will check both of your tubes and see if they are clogged. If they are, they will suggest treatments. Have you gone to the FS yet?
