First true period after delivery (MMC).

Hi Ladies, I had a MMC on the 3rd august and delivered on the 5th (no D&C, natural birth and whole placenta, sorry TMI). After delivery I bled for 2 weeks (very light) and still spotting.

I wonder when I could expect my true period so that I can start charting and using OPK.

How soon did you start using OPK after MC or MMC?

I'm waiting for af to go back to temping and using opks. I also had a mmc last month, diagnosed on 8/1, started to bleed on 8/5 and passed it on 8/6 and bled for 2 weeks total. I'm on cd 30 from the day bleeding first started. I was 12w4d when I lost it, but it stopped developing at 9w. I'm also 43, so that could factor in as well.

my first AF came 35 days after I had my MMC (took cytotec)- my cycles are usually on the shorter side- between 25-27 days. I spotted till cd22 then I got a pos opk on cd 23.

Mine took 8 weeks to come. I had medical management on 20th June, passed everything the next day, had 2 weeks of bleeding, then 6 weeks of waiting. I was worried about my first AF but it was just different to normal, not heavier as such, just not my normal AF.

I'm sooooo sorry about your loss
I had a D&C for a MMC 7 weeks ago on 07-16-14. Baby was 9 weeks. I've only spotted once since then which my Dr. said was not a period. I started on Provera yesterday to jump start my period. Waiting for my period has been such a frustrating ordeal as I feel like I can't move on if I'm stuck in the spot of "when will my period come." Hopefully this Provera will kick start my period!

Today is day 34 and finally getting that monthly visitor. My usual cycle is 26-28 days.
