I've got it! I haven't used it yet though. I like the look of it, and the seats are bigger than most twin buggy seats (maclaren, silvercross pop etc), which is good because my toddler is nearly 3. It has a good recline system, and seems good. It steers really nicely.

The only thing is it's very wide and doesn't fit through a standard door.

did you have a play before you bought it hun?

im confused now cos in all the blurb it makes a big point about it getting thro standard doors but youre the second person to tell me it doesnt.

mmm i so want to look at it for real but cant find a stockist.

I didn't play with it first, it was an ebay impulse buy! I was actually looking for a phil and teds buggy! LOL

If you do go for it, buy it on ebay - you get a lot more for your money than in Mothercare. Mine came brand new with two footmuffs, a parasol, raincovers and a changing bag, for £370. Much cheaper than in Mothercare!

yeh i think we are looking at the same deal to be honest. ive found a stockist but its over an hour away. i hoping hubby will agree to go look this weekend.

i realy want this pram :(

but my only problem is getting it in my door and garden gate  im in love with it as it just looks exactly like my obaby zezu which i love.. but double ;)

i cant find another double buggy i like anywhere! x

i know how you feel lol! men are not very practical when it comes to prams either, they dont think about the little things lol!

i just wish someone would find the perfect buggy and go 'ta-da' here it is... no need to shop

but i REALLY want that one ^^ :hissy:

:nope: oh well x x x

Well i dont have the double version just the single one but i can honestly say its the best pram ive bought (onto 3rd baby and bit of a pramaholic!) So i dont know about it fitting through doorways etc but i know the single one is well made, easy to push, comfy for baby and looks good too.

Can anyone update on this? Did you ladies buy it and like it? ive seen a few reviews on the wheels snapping off? but i love the pram :( xx

I've bought it - will be using it in just under 3 weeks EEEEKKK so will update then but had the same problems trying to play with one in real life.

Apoparently they have updated the frame slightly so were running down UK stock by the end of 2010 which is why retailers weren't replacing it.

They are doing new fabric colours around March too :happydance:
I've got the sand coloured seat units, frame, raincovers etc for £298!!!!!!! brand new and have had to then buy a carrycot extra for £120

:happydance:

Oh where did you buy that from hun?! thats really good! It such a pretty pram isnt it! xx

i ve got this one, but havent used it yet either, i ve got the carry cot too.
i cant wait to use it but it is big, i wont be bringing it in the house it will live in my car.

it was the only pram i could find that did everything i wanted it to

I bought mine on ebay, expecting twin boys in the summer and it was the only one i liked for twins, as i wasn't happy with the way the other's all had the newborns facing out, and that i can have two carry cots is fantastic. I saw my local mothercare had one on display, so ask them to phone around in case a store has one. I need to find though where someone stocks the accessories and replacement parts, as the person i bought it from has lost one of the shoulder strap paddings, and i'd rather get one to match then a plain one (mins is aqua blue), any ideas apart from contacting the manufacturer direct?

BD - think mine was from 'preciouslittleone.com' but will check with OH later.

Jelly belly, try that site too as they do some accessories, otherwise maybe swap all the padded straps to black so they'd match maybe

:hugs:

Hi all - just wanted to say Excellent choice!!

I had the single First wheels for my son and loved it so much that I got the twin when I found out I was expecting my second. I've been using the twin now for 9 weeks and love it just as much as my single one. It really turns heads when walking down the street, especially as I always have my son facing me so we can interact. My children are 2 1/2 and 9 weeks and although it hasn't been used as much as I would have liked due to a very independent son, I find it easy to steer, it fits through most shop doorways and on the pavements - I live and walk around streets with quite narrow paths too.

My only gripe with it and warning to you all is to watch the front wheels. They tend to catch on kerbs and slight raises in the pavements so you can find yourself wacking your ribs on the handle bar. It seems to be a fault with both the single and twin version.
I got my twin on ebay - (knowing it wouldnt get used for long), and the front wheels have started to crack where it obviously happened to the last owner too. If anyone knows anywhere I can get spares i'd be mightily grateful if you'd let me know :)

Another bit of advice is to remember to swap sides you have the children on if you have one older than the other. Stops wear and tear on one side only.

Anyway, good luck to you all with your pending arrivals, and enjoy the twin pushchair and all the head turning XxXx

hi all i have just purchaced the first wheels city twin of ebay and the back wheels feel wobbley im just wundering if this is the case with anyone elses pushchair please let me no i also have a spear carry cot in black fr sale if any body s interested :)

The back wheels are a little wobbly on mine too and have been on my single version since I got it. Think its because they clip in and out quite easily.

Is there anywhere i can get rear wheels from? Mine are really wobbly.
