im trying to get luisa to have more finger foods and wondered if she was allowed fish fingers?

yes after 6 months they can have pretty much anything ( texture allowing of course ) just no honey or nuts i believe

As long as you check the salt content she'll be fine, Brooke has them now and then but picks the outside off and eats the fish

katie has them every now and again! my mum said when i was a baby the HV advised her to get me fishfingers and take off the crust (we lived abroad)
