Five weeks in nipples hurt A LOT again suddenly

Help! Is this normal? I don't think there has been much increase of his feeding activity. He feeds about every two hours around the clock which is a lot but not unusual.

Just weird that it's now very painful again the entire tine he feeds and most of the time when he's not on the breast they ache.

Are your nipples more pink than usual? Or shiny? I had thrush around this time which made my nipples sore and the inside of breast feel tender xxx

No not particularly. Hard to tell the shiny as I am coating them in lanolin constantly... Thank y for yr suggestion , I will keep an eye out for that.

Clogged duct? My clogged duct hurt so bad, I accidentally skipped a feed on that side. It went away after a couple of days
