Anyone use/have this? Mine just came yesterday and I did my first workout with it right away lol (I've never been so excited to work out before ).
You're only supposed to do it twice the first week (and then you can do up to every other day after that so you give your muscles time to repair) if you're really out of shape, but I actually WANT to do it again today. I never enjoyed a workout routine so much! It was hard, don't get me wrong, but it's different than anything I've ever done. Users on their FB page say it's "addicting" and I can see why
Those who know a lot about strength training - is it necessary to do cardio in between to see weight loss results even if your aneorobic workout causes your heart rate to rise and you sweat a lot? Is it crutial to wait 48 hours in between the workouts? This is a full body strength training workout based on ballet will lots of stretching too, not typical isolation movements Thanks.
