I apologize if this is in the wrong spot, Im new to the whole forum thing. And im hoping someone can relate or just offer advice.

I found out on October 3rd I was pregnant. This is my first and I was not expecting it at all. My last period was September 1st and was normal. I missed Octobers. I went to the ER on October 10th and my HCG was 89. Two days later (October 12th) it was at 63. On October 18th it was at 95 and less than 12 hours later on the 19th it was at 75. On the 22nd it was at 113 and Today, the 24TH of October it was at 147. I have had 3 internal ultrasounds and they are seeing nothing in the Uterus and have ruled out a tubal pregnancy. I spotted starting the 19th and it has somewhat continued, none of which has been red blood. I am just so confused because they are telling me one minute I miscarried and the next that I am wayy earlier than thought. I should be, according to my last period, 7 weeks.. But they are saying I might only be around 4 weeks.

Has anyone else had HCG levels that fluxuated like this? Or any similar issues?
I am super excited about this pregnancy and all of this back and fourth is really discouraging me and my boyfriend.
Any help or even advice would be helpful. Thank you.

I am so sorry, but it does not sound like a viable pregnancy. Between October 10th and October 24th, your HCG level should have doubled every 2 to 3 days, so the Oct 24th HCG level should be much higher. You cannot be just four weeks pregnant (two weeks post conception) if you had a positive pregnancy test over two weeks ago. You would be at least five to six weeks pregnant, if not more, and a gestational sac and probably even a baby should be seen on ultrasound by now. Often times with a miscarriage, your numbers and ultrasound results look much earlier along than you really know you are because things aren't progressing normally. I'm sorry you are going through this.

If you were miscarrying I would expect your hcg to decrease. The fact it has went up and down makes me suspect this pregnancy is ectopic. I was 6 weeks pregnant and hcg was 600 & still they couldn't see it in the tube but my uterus was empty and with very little lining. I declined methotrexate at that point but 2 days later saw it in the tube when my hcg was 750.
Ectopic pregnancy does not just occur in tubes, it can implant on lots of other unusual and incorrect ways.
Really sorry this doesn't sound optimistic.
