flying caused early period

Arrived on holiday after a 5hour flight. AF appeared day 3 of holiday. A week early. Does flying affect anyone elses cycles?

Now i am a week late. Been cramping for over a week but no AF. Took a test but BFN.

I read in a travel book once that flying can bring on a but I'd never heard about it before or since.

Was 2 weeks late this cycle. Its driving me mad. So frustrated.

Yeah late with a bfn sucks. Do you know when you ovulated? I ovulated on cd26 so didn't have a bfp until later.

It possible I don't track ovulation but think I recall lits if CM around that time. But thought it was the start of a BFP. Think i recall signs earlier in cycle as well. We are NTNP after unsuccessful IVFs and many years TTC.

Will just have to see what 2016 brings.
