Folic acid

Hi all,

I recently started taking folic acid ready for when we TTC, but I've had horrendous headaches the past couple of days. I used to suffer with headaches a long time ago, but then they eased off. I've been on folic acid a week now, but the past three dayside had horrendous head aches, almost like migraines. Just wandering if others have had this from taking folic acid? I'm not sure if they are from the folic acid or not so jus two wondering how others have got on with it.

HI,
Yes I also had them, after (I would guess Cause it was a long time ago) about a month they went away. I think we all have different reactions to medicines and vitamins ( at least I do) .. It sometimes takes my body a little longer to adjust to something new.. Hope they end for you soon..
